Unlike the average contractor that simply hires people and trains them on the job, Manor Works invests time and resources performing ongoing training for its employees. In 2009 alone, Manor Works spent 218 hours training its employees.
Training involves topics like quality, safety, and most importantly, customer service. When a customer hires Manor Works, they expect they are going to get a high quality paint job. What we need to ensure is that both the quality AND the overall experience are satisfactory. That assurance of quality comes down to an ongoing commitment to training.

If they have not built a system for systematically producing projects the same way every time, they probably are not the right contractor for you.
