Your Crew Leader has been trained to follow the Manor Works Production Process. Be sure to review your Project Checklist for a step by step explanation of the entire painting process.
Manor Works Carpentry Policy
If your project requires any carpentry work, be sure to review our Carpentry Policy for information on billing and other details. Some of the policies may not be applicable if you have signed a separate carpentry contract.
Quality Control Pre-Completion Punch List
At the end of the project, your Crew Leader will perform a Final Walk Through with you to inspect the job for quality. If their are any discrepancies, he will correct them at at that time. If for some reason the discrepancies cannot be corrected at that time, we use our Quality Control Pre-Completion Punch List to document any discrepancies will be completed at a later date.
