Manor Works provides free, no obligation estimates. Simply fill out an estimate request or call toll-free 1.866.255.2288. A Customer Service Representative will answer any questions you have about the Company, and schedule a convenient time to receive your estimate.

Your estimator will arrive on time and walk the project with you asking questions to clarify the scope of the work. Your estimator will present a book filled with valuable information about painting, as well as pictures and references from past jobs. Your estimator will then generate an exact proposal while you wait. There is no charge for this estimate, and of course no obligation.

Our Customer Service Representatives will schedule a time either after work or on the weekend for you to receive your estimate. The reason for this is simple: Manor Works wants to craft a detailed and exact proposal to your specific needs as a homeowner. Since every house and homeowner is different, Manor Works estimators meet with you in person to assess the needs of your project.

Yes and no. Estimators manage their own crew schedules. While they could usually schedule work to begin or end on a certain day, there is no way to guarantee that the schedule could be maintained. Numerous factors like weather cause the production schedule to shift periodically.

Furthermore, Manor Works policy is to stay with the current project until completion. If the current project runs longer or shorter than budgeted, it would impact the start date of future projects. Fortunately, Manor Works posts its production schedule online. Changes that may occur to the schedule are accessible in real time for customers.

If there is a delay to your start date the change will appear on the on-line schedule. Also, your Crew Leader calls the night before your scheduled start date to confirm the start date for the project.

Manor Works requires a 1/3rd down payment as a deposit. When you sign your proposal Manor Works then schedules and performs the work. The blance payment is then made at the final walk through once substantial completion is reached. This allows you to inspect the work and make sure any discrepancies are corrected.

Manor Works only employs its own professional employees. No sub-contractors or day laborers are used on your project. Manor Works crews are trained on completing quality work utilizing Manor Works techniques. You also perform a walk through at the end of the job with your Crew Leader to ensure your satisfaction is achieved.

Manor Works does not employ any sub-contractors or day laborers on its projects.  All workers that will step foot on your property are employees of Manor Works.

Manor Works carries all the required insurance and documentation required of a contractor including a $2,000,000 General Liability Insurance policy, and Full Workmen’s Compensation Coverage for all our employees.

Manor Works recommends repainting the exterior of your home every five years and the interior every six years. Manor Works offers three choices when it comes to a warranty. Choose from a 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year warranty on your project.

When you meet your Manor Works estimator he/she will determine how much time is necessary to complete the project you desire. That time is then translated into a detailed proposal with a firm price for the services rendered.

Manor Works is a full service company that offers top-notch service and quality for a fair price. When comparing other estimates to Manor Works look at the following factors that affect price:

Materials
Some contractors shave material cost by reducing the brand or grade of paint by omitting the exact detail on their estimate. Manor Works details the exact brand and grade on its estimates.

Surface preparation
 Some contractors reduce costs by omitting detailed surface preparation from their estimate. Manor Works details the exact steps of surface preparation on its estimates.

Project Scope
Some contactors have poorly written or constructed estimates. Manor Works generates computer estimates that are easy to read and precise. This clarity reduces the chance of being billed for extra work you might have assumed once in the estimate.

Insurance
Some contractors cut cost by not having the required insurance. Manor Works will supply a copy of its current insurance policy.

Guarantee
Most contractors do not offer a guarantee. Manor Works offers 2-year, 3-year, and 4-year guarantees on all its work.

Employees
Most contractors utilize sub-contractors or day laborers. Manor Works only utilizes its own employees.

Down Payments
Most contractors require substantial down payments before work ever commences. Manor Works sets up payment after work has been performed. 

Your branch manager will present you with a Client Manual filled with pictures and references form past jobs. You make contact these homeowners if you wish.

Yes, Manor Works offers this option. However, you must use Benjamin Moore Paints to be eligible to upgrade to a 3-year guarantee. You must use Sherwin Williams Duration to be eligible to upgrade to a 4-year guarantee.

Manor Works offers a base 2-year guarantee eligible for all its projects. You may upgrade to a 3-year guarantee by selecting Benjamin Moore Paint as the manufacturer for your project. You may upgrade to a 4-year guarantee by selecting Sherwin Williams Duration Paint and by selecting a 2-coat application for the entire project. Your estimator will discuss the advantages of each type of guarantee.
