Manor Works offers the longest guarantees in the Washington DC Metropolitan area...period.
As a customer of Manor Works you will receive our base two year warranty on all projects covering interior, exterior, and carpentry projects.
You can elect to upgrade to our Three or even Four Year warranties based on what product and the number of coats you select. When you complete your Customer Satisfaction Survey at the end of your project you will receive another three months on your warranty. That is up to a 4 1/2 Year Warranty!
